Juice leaks out while juicing

Pulp sealing stopper is not inserted correctly. Switch off juicer immediately, check the pulp sealing stopper and insert fully into base of pulp outlet.

Juicer stops working or works intermittently.

Close the juicer with hopper/lid properly. Align the two sensors - one on hopper/lid; the other on motor (arrow). If this does not work, remove the juicing bow & using only the hopper/lid, align the two sensors to test the motor only. If motor does not work or is not working properly, please contact our Service Centre.

Ingredients get stuck inside while juicing.

Cut ingredients into correct size. Green leafy vegetables should be cut short & mixed with fruits. Celery must be less than 1.5''. Drop fruits/vegetables slowly into the chute. Press reverse button for 3 to 5 seconds immediately when it gets stuck, then switch on again.

Grinding / squeaky noises after the juicer is switched on.

This is normal phenomenon caused by friction. Adjust the 2 pieces silicon brushes and other spare parts to reduce the friction

Juicer motor is very noisy.

Stop juicing and contact our Service Centre.

The strainer is damaged.

Contact our Service Centre to purchase a replacement strainer.

You should mix hard fruits/vegetables with soft ones. Never put ice into the juicing bowl. Cut fruits/vegetables into proper size.  Do not overcrowd foods or force foods through the juicer.

The juicing parts are stained

Rinse and clean juicer immediately after each use. Soak and submerge the squeezing screw in a solution of one part white vinegar to one part water for an hour and wash thoroughly after soaking.  Alternatively, scrub gently using a paste of baking soda and water.

The bowl is stuck and cannot be detached from the motor base.

Press the reverse button for 3 to 5 seconds and then press ‘on’ while running water through the bowl. Repeat this process for 2 to 3 times, then push the bowl upwards or jiggle while turning.

Juice is leaking out while juicing

Drop fruits/vegetables slowly into chute. If there is back flow of juices at the back of the drum, contact our Service Centre to replace the seal in drum.

My juicer stops working.

The fuse may be defective. Turn the juicer over; on the bottom there will be a black knob, which is the fuse holder. Turn the fuse holder counter-clockwise to release it. Take out the fuse and replace it. With your juicer you will find an extra fuse that should be affixed to the bottom of the machine. Place the fuse in the holder and turn it clockwise while pushing down to lock into the correct position.

Stop juicing immediately. Check if there is any smell from motor. Contact our Service Centre for diagnosis and repair

The juicing screen is damaged

Contact our Service Centre to purchase replacement.  It is better to mix hard fruits/vegetables with soft ones. Cut fruits/vegetables into proper size; Do not overcrowd foods or force foods through the juicer and do not grind ice in the juicer.

The spare parts are stained

Rinse and clean juicer immediately after each use. Soak and submerge the auger in a solution of one part white vinegar to one part water for an hour. Alternatively, scrub gently using a paste of baking soda and water.

The reverse turning direction does not work or goes in the same forward direction

Press “Reverse” only when the machine is fully stopped

Twin Gears are noisy

  1. Check that the twin gears are aligned correctly
  2. Ensure that the twin gears are placed correctly on the body.
  3. Ensure the twin gears are clean with no pulp residue.
  4. Check whether there is any hard material lodged in grooves of the gears.

 

Machine doesn’t start

  1. Check that machine is switched on and plugged to a working power source.
  2. Check that the fuse is working.
  3. Check that the machine is correctly assembled

 

No Power

  1. Check the power supply is active.
  2. Check that machine is plugged in correctly
  3. Check the fuse

 

Feeding Chute Cover cannot be locked by Release Lever

  1. Check the feeding chute cover is completely seated with no gaps between the juicing part and motor.
  2. Check the pulp discharge casing is in the correct position

 

Machine stops while juicing

  1.  Is the machine overloaded? If so, it will stop automatically
  2. Foods you are trying to process is cut too large or too hard, causing the blockage & stoppage.  Turn the power switch to the off position and then turn to the reverse position in order to clean any blockages. If the problem persists, disassemble and clean out the blockage & reassemble.
  3. Check the fuse

Pulp is not being ejected

Turn the pulp outlet adjusting knob counter-clockwise to open(loosen) the outlet and widen it.

Too much pulp

Turn the pulp outlet adjusting knob clock wise to adjust(tighten) the outlet & make the outlet smaller

Pulp comes out with juice

  1. Check that you are using the correct screen component.
  2. Tighten the pulp outlet by adjusting knob (turn clockwise)

Low amount of juice

Check the pulp outlet adjusting knob is in position, or tighten the pulp outlet adjusting knob(turn clockwise)

Material(food) jammed

Flick the power switch to the reverse position once or twice. If it doesn’t clear, disassemble the machine and clean any blockages.

The toothbrush doesn’t work

Product was recently purchased or hasn’t been used for over 3 months

Charge main unit for at least 24 hours

Weak or diminished vibration

The toothbrush is pressed hard against your teeth

Place the brush head gently against your teeth

The toothbrush operates only for a short period of time even immediately after being charged

The battery has reached the end of it life cycle

Contact service center for support

Charging time was insufficient

Charge main unit for at least 24 hours

 

UV sanitizer light does not turn on

The sanitizer cover may be open

Close the sanitizer cover

The Power cord may not be plugged in

Plug in the power cord

The UV light lamp may be defective

You may need to replace the UV lamp.

Aquapick does not work after switching on

Improper connection with the power source

Unplug and plug in again

Motor not working

Motor may be overheated causing the auto safety system to be turned on

Wait for 20 minutes until the motor is cooled down

Pump is functioning but water not spraying out

  1. The water tank is empty
  2. The water hose is jammed.

Refill the tank with water

Ensure the hose is free of kinks and not bent.  Check the hose is connected.

Switch off & on again, wait for a few seconds for the water to be pumped into the holder.

 

Water pressure is too low

 

Unsuitable water pressure

Adjust the knob to the most suitable setting

Check the water tank to see if it is placed in its correct position

It does not work

You’ve just purchased the product or it has been left unused for more than 3 months

Charge the unit for at least 8 hours

It only works for a few minutes even after charging

  1. Charging time was insufficient
  2. The battery has reached the end of its life cycle

 

  1. Charge the unit for at least 8 hours.
  2. Contact service centre for support

 

Water pressure is very low

  1. There is insufficient water in the tank.
  2. There is dirt stuck in the jet tip
  3. The jet tip is deformed
  4. There is dirt stuck in the filter
  1. Ensure water tank is filled.
  2. Clean the jet tip
  3. Replace the jet tip
  4. Clean the filter or purchase separately

Water does not come out

  1. The tank is empty
  2. The appliance is tilted too much while in use
  1. Fill up tank
  2. Use the appliance in a vertical position

Important Points to Note

Never immerse Motor Base in water or other liquid

Check the blades daily for loose or missing parts.

If you find something is loose or missing, ensure the part(s) is/are replaced before use

Do not tighter hex-headed screw (on top of blade assembly)

When using the Tamper (Stirrer) that comes with the set, ensure the lid is placed & closed properly onto the jug before using.
